These Terms of Service govern your use of mintfocus.ca and purchases from Mint Focus Corp. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Product Information and Caffeine Notice

MintFocus products contain caffeine. Each strip contains 40 mg of caffeine. Always read and follow the directions and warnings provided on the product packaging.

Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Results and sensitivity to caffeine can vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have questions about whether the product is appropriate for you.

Do not exceed the recommended serving. Consider your total daily caffeine consumption from all sources. Stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your screen or may change without notice.

Products and offers are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product information.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order before fulfillment because of unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted with your order. You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn where permitted by law.

Subscriptions

When purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and frequency shown at checkout. Subscription orders will continue automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal through your customer account or by contacting acarrier@mintfocus.ca. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Any material changes to subscription pricing or terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship according to the destinations and methods shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

Our Shipping Policy provides additional details about shipping charges, delivery estimates, and delayed or missing orders.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly. Once the issue is approved, you may keep or safely dispose of the affected product, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Intellectual Property

The website and its contents—including the MintFocus name, branding, graphics, photographs, text, packaging designs, and other materials—belong to Mint Focus Corp. or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit this content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products. Payments, shipping, subscriptions, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites that you choose to access through external links.

Privacy

Your submission and use of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by applicable law.

Mint Focus Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products where such such liability can legally be limited.

Nothing in these terms limits any warranty, remedy, consumer right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page will apply from its stated effective date. Changes will not retroactively affect orders already accepted unless required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any mandatory consumer protections available in your province or territory continue to apply.
